A Living Legacy of Love, Connection and Impact

How you can take part:
There is more than one way you can be a part of Sacred Archives.
You get to choose what feels most meaningful to you.
You might join with your best friend and write letters to each other.
You might write to someone who has shaped your life (a mentor, your mom, your sister, or a friend who has always been there when you needed her).
You might choose to honour someone you’ve lost, and say the words you still carry in your heart.
Or you might write to a woman you’ve never met—someone who needs to hear that she’s not alone right now.
However you choose to take part, your words matter and your presence in this book will mean something to someone who truly needs it.

Progress Tracker:

Sacred Archives is a collection of love letters between you and someone meaningful in your life.
___________

Some relationships carry you through your entire life.

You may think of a best friend.
Or someone who showed up for you when you needed it most.

She’s the one who listens when everything feels heavy.
She sits with you when you feel broken.
She celebrates with you when life feels bright again.
She reminds you who you are when you forget.

Sacred Archives is your opportunity to honour that kind of connection.

A chance for you to say thank you.
A chance for you to put into words the love and gratitude you feel for the woman who stood beside you through it all.

Sacred Archives is being created to raise funds for

For many women, leaving an unsafe home is the hardest step they will ever take.

When they arrive at a shelter, they often leave behind almost everything.

Their belongings.
Their routine.
Their sense of stability.

This book is meant to meet them there.

Inside its pages they will find you, alongside 149 other women, offering encouragement, friendship, and hope.

All of you letting this special woman know she is not alone.

How You Can Participate..
___________

Sacred Archives will feature 150 women, each sharing a story of connection.

If you’re joining with someone, you’ll appear on facing pages, each of you sharing a photo and a letter to one another.

If you’re contributing on your own, you’ll have your own dedicated page to share your letter and your message.

Your words might be written to someone you love, someone you’ve lost, or someone who needs encouragement right now.

When she opens this book, she will meet you plus 149 other women standing beside her.

Even though she may never meet you in person, she will know you are quietly rooting for her behind the scenes.

Why I Created Sacred Archives.
___________

My name is Amy Bell. I have had a passion for design, writing, and publishing for more than 30 years. Twenty-two of those years were spent in the corporate world.

In 2017, that passion led me to start my own boutique branding and publishing house.

The transition from a steady paycheque to being my own boss was not easy. I struggled with many parts of running a business. The administrative side felt overwhelming, and the constant question of where the next paycheque would come from was exhausting.

To be honest, I was getting discouraged.

In 2020 I joined a Facebook group called From Wallet to Wealth, founded by Whitney Hammond. I was never really a Facebook group person, but this one felt different right away.

The women were supportive. The conversations were engaging. And everyone seemed genuinely interested in helping one another succeed.

I joined just before their annual gala, which was held online that year due to lockdown. I remember being completely blown away by the speakers and by how many people stayed on the call for the entire event.

Over the next year, I became more and more involved in the community.

When restrictions finally lifted, many of us met in person for the first time at a vision-boarding session led by Kirsten Frey and hosted at Whitney’s cottage.

I was more than a little apprehensive. Lockdown had turned me into a bit of a homebody, and here I was driving two hours to meet women I had only ever spoken to on Zoom.

But that weekend did more than introduce me to a group of women.

It quietly pulled me into something much bigger than I expected.

And over the next few years, that connection would lead to an idea I never saw coming.
___________

Fast forward to 2024. Whitney introduced the Wallet to Wealth Ambassador program, which invited women to give on a new level. Participants commit to donating $5,000 of their own money and raising an additional $5,000 over the course of the year.

In return, we were invited to attend a monthly mindset mastermind with Dave Conway.

Over time, I began helping the team behind the scenes with design and administrative work to keep the community running smoothly.

Then, during the ramp-up to the 2025 gala, I kept asking myself the same question.

What could I create with the skills I already had that would actually make a meaningful difference?

AI had no idea that the answer was about to arrive on one very difficult evening.
___________

Right in the middle of preparing all the marketing for the gala, I found myself having a meltdown of monumental proportions one evening. The kind of sadness that only a best friend can pull you out of.

So I did what many women do.

I called mine.

She listened. She reassured me. She helped me find my footing again.

After that conversation, I started thinking about how powerful friendship really is.

Having someone who believes in you can change everything.

And then another thought appeared.

What about the women who don’t have someone to call?

What about the women who arrive at Halton Women’s Place, facing one of the darkest chapters of their lives?

Was there a way to combine the gratitude I felt for my best friend with my desire to raise funds for women who were going through something unimaginable?

That is when the idea appeared.

What if best friends wrote love letters to one another… and those words could also encourage a woman walking through the hardest chapter of her life?

That question became Sacred Archives.

My goal is simple.

To feature you + 149 other women all showing up for one another in
a collaboration book of encouragement and hope
helping raise $45,000 for Halton Women's Place.
